Designed for the Dobbin Group and CityCore Developments in 2008, this renovation took an average and unremarkable three story building in Kensington and transformed it into a signature landmark on the street scape. We then turned our attention to the drab and dated interior, redefining the space with cherrywood beams and ceilings throughout, huge oversized pendants and extensive resurfacing of the walls with geometric reveals.
