Completed in fall 2011 for Vintage Group, this 5th installment of Redwater Grille takes us all the way across the country to Prince Edward Island. Located in the historic downtown area at the base of the newly constructed Holman Grand Hotel, this 5000 sq ft restaurant is a much needed addition to the dining landscape of Charlottetown.
