This three story nine unit condo development was brought to us by Sahuri and Partners early in 2011 in need of some redesign and rethinking. The developers from Spain wanted into the Calgary real estate market and needed to make a statement while doing so. We designed a dramatic glass entrance with a huge red chandelier coming down from the lofted ceilings to catch the eye of passers by. The site is in perfectly situated on 10th Street NW in Kensington and had to have a strong street presence as well as a clear relationship to Riley park across the street.
