Still in the conceptual design phase, this 3 story custom home design is slated to be completed and built by CityCore Developments by the summer of 2011.

The architecture is a 2010 take on mid century modern design, with the main focus and strength of the house being its two separate angled towers providing a middle courtyard in-between them.  Three large fireplace columns give the home strength and a sense of balance with the layout while reinforcing site lines.

The sloping roof layout is designed to have a more modest frontage while taking advantage of the the unimpeded back west facing view over the bow river and toward the Rocky Mountains. This stunning view is further emphasized with large floor to ceiling glass walls surrounding all the West facing rooms.

The materials are also throwback to mid century design with stacked stone, teak wood, mirrored tile, glass and stucco,  with a twist of course.
